Traditional Postpartum care
known as the sacred window, the first forty days of the postpartum period are deeply vulnerable and precious.
prioritizing support during this time will make a life long difference in your physical and emotional healing as the mother, and in how your family transitions to this new chapter.
traditional postpartum healing focuses on the deep nourishment and care of the mother so that she may be as present and whole for her baby. this is done through physical touch, binding, herbs, nutrition and creating space to feel and come back to her body piece by piece.
traditional postpartum sessions can include:
